1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tubing Supply AS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Tubing Supply AS provides industrial instrumentation products including tube fittings, valves, and related components. All products are supplied according to their respective technical specifications and certifications. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tubing Supply AS. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Verify customer credit and business credentials
• Require payment in advance for certain orders
• Adjust pricing for errors or market conditions

4. Delivery and Risk

Delivery terms are specified in individual quotations and order confirmations. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020. Risk of loss passes to the buyer according to the applicable delivery term.

5. Warranty

All products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the product documentation. Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or operation outside specified parameters.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tubing Supply AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stavanger, Norway, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
