SKID System Project Inquiry

Project inquiry through Tubing Supply

Overview

Send us the basic project requirements

Tubing Supply routes skid system project inquiries toward the correct catalog option, custom scope or hydrogen-specific concept. Share the basic project requirements and we will align the inquiry before formal RFQ.

This page is the generic entry point — you can also use the Eco-Fuel, Hydrogen GRU or Custom Skid pages for topic-specific inquiries.

Project scope

What we walk through before formal RFQ

Skid scope is defined by media properties, pressure / flow envelope, purge philosophy, control architecture and documentation requirements. The list below covers the typical inputs Tubing Supply collects on the first pass.

  • Project and vessel / plant identificationProject name, vessel / plant reference, target delivery window and any class society scope.
  • Service media and engine makerMethanol, ammonia, methane (LNG), hydrogen, process gas — and the engine maker / consumer interface where relevant.
  • Pressure, temperature and flowDesign pressure class, design temperature window and flow envelope.
  • Purge and safety philosophyNitrogen purge requirements, leak detection, emergency shut-down and any SIL / class scope.
  • Documentation and validationClass society, regulatory and project-specific documentation, FAT / SAT and supplier dialogue scope.
  • Installation environmentMarine vs. stationary, ATEX / hazardous area, ambient envelope and footprint constraints.

Process

How a project starts

Tubing Supply's role on a custom skid project is to clarify scope, align on documentation requirements and route the inquiry to the right BMT Superlok team — before formal RFQ exchanges begin.

  1. Step 1

    Send the basic project requirements

Media, pressure, flow, purge philosophy and documentation scope.

  2. Step 2

    Tubing Supply routes the inquiry

We align the request against the Eco-Fuel catalog, Hydrogen GRU scope or Custom Skid scope.

  3. Step 3

    Concept review and clarification

We work with the project team to refine scope before formal RFQ.

  4. Step 4

    Formal RFQ and supplier dialogue

Once scope is clarified, we move to formal RFQ and supplier dialogue.
