An installation check you can see and feel
The check ring separates at the specified tightening point, providing visual, audible and tactile feedback during installation.
A built-in gap gauge on every fitting
- Functions as a built-in gap gauge.
- Separates at the correct compression point.
- Reduces over- and under-tightening.
- Separate gap-inspection gauge not required after completion.
Six components
A double-ferrule compression fitting with two colour-coded components for visual inspection: the identification band and the check ring.

Three steps to a verified connection
Installed with the same procedure as a conventional SUPERLOK fitting. The check ring signals completion.
Prepare the fitting
Body, nut, front and back ferrules, and check ring.
Insert and finger-tighten
Insert the tube to the shoulder. Rotate the nut finger-tight until the tube does not turn by hand.
Tighten until separation
Hold the body steady. Tighten the nut until the check ring separates.
